1. License Policy
Each purchase grants a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the module on one live online store (one production domain).

If the customer uses PrestaShop MultiShop within the same installation, each active store requires its own license.

If the module is used on multiple domains, subdomains (production), or independent projects, a separate license must be purchased for each.

Development or staging environments are allowed only if they correspond to the same licensed store.

2. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not provided once a purchase has been completed.
Kenion offers a 10-day replacement guarantee from the purchase date under the following conditions:

The module presents a verifiable technical issue.

The issue is directly related to the module itself and not caused by third-party modules, custom developments, theme conflicts, or core modifications.

The customer provides administrative and FTP access for proper technical investigation.
If we are unable to resolve a confirmed module-related issue, we will offer:

A replacement with another module of equal value, or
-
Store credit equivalent to the purchase amount.
If the replacement module has a lower price, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
Important
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

Design dissatisfaction.
-
Features not meeting subjective expectations.
-
Failure to review the module description or demo before purchase.
Customers have 10 calendar days from the purchase date to test the module.
Before a replacement is approved, the customer must uninstall the module from their domain and confirm its removal via email.
3. Technical Access for Support
If technical investigation is required, the customer must provide:

Back Office access.
-
FTP or SSH access.
-
Database connection details (if necessary).
Remote desktop access (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) is not supported.
If the required technical access cannot be provided when necessary, advanced support or replacement requests cannot be processed.
4. Support Policy
Each module purchase includes:

1 year of free updates from the purchase date.

Technical support during the valid support period.
Support covers:

Resolution of module-related bugs.
-
Basic installation assistance.
-
Compatibility with supported PrestaShop versions listed in the module description.
Support does not include:

Custom development or modifications.
-
Adaptations for third-party modules.
-
Adjustments related to customized themes.
-
Core overrides unrelated to the module.
Customizations can be quoted separately upon request.
5. Support Extension
Customers may extend their support period at any time.
We recommend purchasing extended support at the time of module acquisition to benefit from reduced pricing.
6. Compatibility
Each module clearly specifies:

Supported PrestaShop versions.
-
Technical requirements.
-
Known limitations (if applicable).
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before completing the purchase.
